Westgate Hotel

Stayed at the hotel Thursday through Sunday. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are large. My issue is with the staff. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful. Room service is slow! And to top it, I was double charged for parking (which is $28 per day). I called and left a message for their accounting office who never returned my call. After several calls I fianlly got a live person and they agreed a mistake was made and said they would credit my account. I received my credit card statement to find that my credit was never done. Again, I got to deal with the accounting office. They insisted that the credit was completed. After fighting with them, they determined that it was not completed due to a batch error. Needless to say I still do not have the credit. Mistakes happen and that is not my problem here...their attitude and lack of customer service is the issue. Do not stay here!!! It is not worth the trouble.
